Verdict

FALLING PETALS made the frame over 5f at Ascot on her debut and is taken to confirm running with Golden Zephyr. That form looks stronger than Primrose Valley's third at Lingfield and John Gosden's filly gets the vote ahead of some interesting newcomers. Roger Varian has won the last two renewals so Ajaadat is worth noting along with Astrelle, a half-sister to a Listed winner. Panda Spirit is another to consider but the 280,000 euros filly Shagah may prove a bigger threat.
