    In depth

    Verdict

Sulis Minerva, Albaqaa and Clear Praise all finished behind Crew Cut, who runs in the previous race, here last time and a good run from the latter would boost confidence in their chances. Yeeoow went close over track and trip last time but that was back in September while Rowe Park has claims if on a going day. Burnhope is another with a shout back on this surface after a second at Southwell but POLAR VENTURE remains open to further progress having landed a double at Lingfield in January and a hat-trick looks on the cards for Willie Haggas' charge.
