Verdict

Elms Schoolboy, War Feather and King's Minstrel are shortlisted in this weak event and the vote is given to Elms Schoolboy. The selection was a fair fourth behind My Michelle at Wolverhampton last time but our selection is eased in grade today and at this level he looks to have solid claims. War Feather finished fourth behind Sunset Boulevard last time and although this is a weak event he still looks to have a little to find if he is to get his head in front today. King's Minstrel was having his first run for more than a year here last time and it was a fair effort and as he is bound to strip fitter today he has to enter calculations. Flashing Floozie is from a shrewd yard so is worth noting in the market, but Elms Schoolboy is in fair form and is taken to land the spoils.
