Verdict

MAHADEE is favoured by the weights and showed sings of a return to form when runner-up over track and trip last month. He's just preferred to Exclusive Waters, who was expected to do better in a couple of similar events recently. I Confess was way below par on his return from a lay-off but is quite capable of landing this at his best while Larghetto may also figure having won a handicap over track and trip in December. Divine Rule was beaten only a length here last time and an apprentice's 7lb claim should allow him to be competitive on today's terms.
