Verdict

Those at the top of the handicap look weighted to the hilt with little room for manoeuvre and WHISPERING DEATH, lightly-raced and open to improvement, represents a more appealing option. He's not the easiest but did nothing wrong when battling on to score at Doncaster last time in decent novice company. Yet to travel this far over timber, he stayed well on the flat and can make a successful handicap bow here. Sendali has gone well here the last twice, remains well enough treated and rates the danger. Glingerbank and The Magic Bishop are also respected despite not looking especially well treated.
