Verdict

The 11-year-old Teerie Express has won three times over fences and belatedly got off the mark over hurdles in a modest heat at Hexham in May. He may be vulnerable here, however. It took Ryton Runner eight attempts to open his account, at Perth last month, but he stays well for a four-year-old while it will be interesting to see how former Irish pointer Streams Of Whiskey gets on over timber. JUMBO SUPREME won between the flags in March and Donald McCain has left him in this in preference to two previous winners. The gelding can make a winning start under Rules with Across The Tweed having shown little so far and Milano Magic likely to need more time.
