In depth

Verdict

A wide open contest rounds off the card and the principals look to be Red Man, Silken Pearls and Prince Adjal and the vote is given to Red Man. The selection was a fair third behind Nick The Silver last time out and with the drop in trip sure to suit he looks the value bet in an open affair. Silken Pearls rates the main danger on her best form but she did not progress as expected last season and is opposed.Pince Adjal will at least like the ground and has dropped to a hand mark so he should be noted in the market especially as he his stable are in top form. Shares is from a shrewd yard and is sure to have come on for his first run of the season and he is another to note in the market.. Of the remainder Lofty Leader won well last time but is far from consistent so can not be put forward with any confidence and in a race where the market will be very informative for the winner we return to Red Man
