Jallastep, Incas and Emperor Ross are three against the field in this handicap chase and the vote is given to Jallastep. The selection is improving with each run and won well last time out when beating South Bronx. He is rising in the weights but he looks a progressive type and is taken to win again. Incas rates the main danger on his latest second behind Rash Moment but he looks vulnerable under top weight. Emperor Ross would have a chance on his best hunter chase form of last season and has conditions to suit so he could go well off what looks a lenient mark. Bon's Buster looks sure to have the race run to suit and could go well at a price but for the winner we are happy to return to the progressive Jallastep.
