Verdict

DECENT LORD is penalised three times over after rattling up a quickfire hat-trick and has also been forced into this higher grade. But such is the paucity of credible opposition here that Jennie Candlish's seven-year-old is difficult to oppose. Just The Job was taken to task by the handicapper after winning here and at Ludlow in the autumn so, if there is going to be an upset, Drummers Drumming may be the one to provide it. Charlie Morlock's five-year-old has hinted at ability in novice company and promise to stay this extra half-mile. Me Fein would also be interesting if attracting market support as he ran well here in November, though recent efforts have lacked sparkle.
