Verdict

Neil King's Good Faloue has earned a rating of 107 and has to be respected but he is becoming expensive to follow and it may be worth siding with the less exposed RISAALA, who can open her account over hurdles. Pam Sly's filly has shown a decent level of form in bumpers and made a promising hurdling debut when second of 15 behind Line Freedom at Towcester; she can go one better today. Henry Daly's Lady Jannina has run well in both outings in bumpers and has to be considered on her first start over timber, while Lucy Wadham's Midnight Macarena is another that has run well in National Hunt flat races and cannot be ruled out on her hurdling debut.
