Jazz Dance is the selection here with Oiseau De Nuit and Raise Your Game the likely dangers. Charlie Mann's lightly raced gelding was travelling as well as anything over course and distance on Boxing Day until being pulled up after a mistake at the third last. Oiseau De Nuit came home in isolation following the fall of his nearest challenger at the last and has a future at this game but he'll need to improve to defy his 9lb higher mark. Both were making their chase debuts that day and are open to any amount of improvement but Jazz Dance seemed certain to finish in close proximity to the eventual winner and, with the swing in the weights and a clear round, can exact revenge. The fly in the ointment is Raise Your Game who hasn't really gone on from a promising debut over hurdles but he's handicapped on that form and it would be no surprise to see him live up to his name now that his attentions are switched to chasing. However, Jazz Dance is taken to lead them home.
