Verdict

BITTER BLUE has been in splendid form in the pointing arena and looked a youngster on the upgrade when scoring at Whitwell-on-the-Hill last time. He showed plenty of ability in bumper company behind some useful sorts only last year and has taken to the point-to-point world with considerable aplomb. Impact Zone ran well on the same card at Whitwell and will be far better suited by this demanding track, having shown solid handicap form on more than more occasion last year. He, too, has compiled a very good record in the pointing sphere. Similar comments can be applied to Triggers Sun, whilst Definite Appeal has shown enough in a couple of Irish hunter chases in recent months to take a hand.
