In depth

Verdict

Interdit, Mini Sensation and Capybara are three against the field in this wide open contest and the vote is given to Mini Sensation. The selection has dropped to a handy mark and although disappointing in his first run of the season he has his ideal conditions here and with his stable firing out the winners here he looks the value call. Interdit rates the main danger on his latest second Miss Mattie Rose, but his best form is over a slightly shorter trip and at the likely odds he looks worth opposing. Capybara won well last time out when beating Rare Society but that was only a maiden chase and he looks to have enough weight for what he has actually achieved in this competitive handicap. Harlov is another that looks well handicapped on his best form but he has looked a shadow of his former self recently and we are happy to return to Mini Sensation as the one to lead them home.
