    Verdict

Along Came Rosie won off today's mark over fences at Sedgefield on Tuesday. That was a big step up on earlier form over hurdles but, as long as that hasn't taken too much out of her, Andy Crook's mare should make a bold bid to follow up here though we just prefer ROSAIRLIE. The latter hasn't done much wrong in a couple of starts in novice events and is by no means overburdened on her handicap debut. Sparkling Hand won at Newcastle in January and was just beaten on a return visit to that track nine days ago so can't be ignored, but has to concede upwards of a stone to her rivals.
