In depth

Verdict

Stakes should probably be kept to a minimum in this as there are question marks hanging over most of the runners. PANTHERS RUN has two ways of running but is only 2lb higher than when winning on heavy ground at Carlisle in March and could take some catching if allowed his own way out in front. Mysterious World hasn't been beaten far in either start since winning at Cartmel in June but has yet to encounter heavy ground while Sammy Spiderman is better over further and, like Vardas Supreme, returns from a break. Top Gigio may also need this while Eliades Run and Dodge The Bullet are modest on what they've shown so far.
