Verdict

Ocean Club has the best recent form and should go close again after finishing second at Perth. But he's unproven in testing ground and KILBREE CHIEF makes more appeal. The latter made a promising start over hurdles when runner-up at Wetherby finishing some eight lengths clear of the third and Lucinda Russell's charge gets the nod. Romany Ryme is another with claims on his earlier placed efforts in soft going while hurdling debutant Uppercut De L'orne would be of interest if attracting significant support in the betting.
