In depth

Verdict

Emma Lavelle has her string firing on all cylinders and her GULLINBURSTI is fancied to defy his penalty. A progressive bumper in Ireland last season, the five-year-old made a successful debut for new connections over this trip at Exeter three weeks ago and should have plenty more to offer. Forgotten Gold wasn't winning out of turn at Ludlow but the runner-up has been beaten again since and a bigger danger may be Grand Vision, who has yet to finish out of the frame under Rules. Winning pointers Final Gift and Godsmejudge are others for the short-list while once-useful Flat performer Changing The Guard and decent bumper prospect Divine Folly add to the interest.
