      Verdict

      Conquisto looks a good bet in this handicap; the list of dangers is headed by Yathreb and Allied Powers. The selection did not make much of an imapct as a juvenile but he ran a blinder on his handicap debut when he chased home Jaser. On the evidence of that he should be capable of winning races and he rates as a solid bet. Yathreb is making his handicap debut so it will be interesting to see if the market speaks in his favour. He is a nicely-bred type and the yard are in fair form so it would be no surprise to see him go well. Allied Powers is from a yard in good form and he is another to note in the market on his handicap bow. Carry On Cleo won well last time and he could prove best of the others, but this looks a good opportunity for Conquisto who is a confident choice.
