        Verdict

        Desperation, Eminence Gift and Sound and Vision are the three to consider here and preference is for Desperation. Desperation showed the benefit of being dropped in grade by finishing second in his last two starts and is dropped again in class here. Karl Burke has booked Seb Sanders for the ride and it looks a significant jockey booking with Seb chasing the jockeys¿ title. Stable companion Eminence Gift has won in this grade and found the step up to a mile and a half a bit too far at Wolverhampton last time. That was a handicap and he will find this easier. Sound and Vision is another to consider. He has run well twice over hurdles recently and has also shaped with promise when twice placed in claiming class on the Flat. However, he may just lack that finishing kick. Desperation may claim a wide open seller.
