Mimisel can make experience count over the likes of Dressed To Dance, Miss Percy, Fantasy Parkes and Baileys Outshine. With Philip Robinson booked to ride, there will be no lack of expertise in the saddle as Mimisel bids to open her account at the fourth time of asking. Rae Guest's filly was only beaten a length-and-a-half by the useful Silca Chiave at Newbury before not being disgraced in Listed company at Salisbury. She meets nothing of the calibre of animal that contested either of her two previous races, and it will be a major surprise if she does not take this gilt-edged opportunity. Brian Meehan must be happy with the way his juveniles are progressing, and it would be odd if Dressed To Dance failed to give a good account on her debut. The daughter of Namid holds no fancy entries just yet, but may be good enough to be placed here at least. Miss Percy finished to her even lesser-fancied stablemate Miss Sumi in a soft-ground Newcastle maiden last time, but is going the right way, while Fantasy Parkes hails from a top northern stable, especially in the juvenile department. Baileys Outshine needs to step up on his Southwell bow, and for the winner we return to Mimisel.
