Verdict

Night In Milan and Matthew Riley ran below par on their recent comebacks but have the past form to figure. The latter is preferred in today's soft ground but a tentative vote goes to CLOSING CEREMONY. He never figured in a Grade 3 contest last month but beat no less than four subsequent winners at Kempton early this year and the five-year-old has lots of scope for improvement. Stablemates Milan Bound and Master Malt arrive out of sorts while Maggie Blue is upped in class after an easy win at Ayr where she beat Playhara. Wetherby winner Feast Of Fire also faces a stiffer task but Who Owns Me is at home in this grade if back to his best.
