Verdict

Richard Fahey and Mark Johnston both do well with their juveniles here and Docs Legacy and Vociferous will almost certainly improve for debut runs at Catterick and Southwell respectively. Time To Excel is a son of Exceed And Excel, who has already produced a number of smart two-year-olds this season, and he's worth a second look if the market speaks in his favour. But we're taking fellow newcomer CHOOSEDAY to make a winning start. Kevin Ryan's colt is a full brother to 6f & 7f winner Laddies Poker Two so shouldn't be short of pace and his yard boasts a 20 per cent strike rate with its juveniles this year.
