In the Sprint Cup, Sakhee's Secret gets the call over Balthazar's Gift and Marchand d'Or. All roads point to Sakhee's Secret in the feature race of the day. The highest-rated of the field now following his excellent July Cup win, he has plenty in his favour and should go well again. The July Cup sixth, and Golden Jubilee Stakes third, Asset, the Peter Chapple-Hyam-trained improver, Al Qasi, who won a Group One race in Ireland last time, admittedly on soft going, Balthazar's Gift, who beat Al Qasi in the Group 3 Hackwood Stakes in July, and the Prix Maurice de Gheest winner Marchand d'Or all rate as respected challengers. Of the others, Mutawaajid, who was only beaten four and a quarter lengths in the July Cup and is now four ponds better off with Sakhee's Secret, the July Cup third Red Clubs, who is four pounds better off with the selection for a length and three quarters, and recent Listed winner, and formerly useful juvenile, Hellvelyn, could prove to be the best but, for the selection, we return to Sakhee's Secret.
