Verdict

Some doubtful stayers on paper attempt to land this contest and with few issues with relation to BOLLIN JUDITH, we will take her to see off Mohanad and Tropical Bachelor. The Westbrooks are regular attendees at Haydock so it would be no surprise to see their filly laid out for this contest. Both sire and dam were useful stayers on their day and it would be disappointing were she not able to make use of a helpful mark. Mohanad isn't exactly bred for staying. That said, he plugged on last time as if he might get home over an extended trip. Tropical Bachelor could be a big player if the opposition make the mistake of granting him an uncontested lead. Golden Games looked to have her own ideas about the game in the paddock at Nottingham but she looks the type who should pick up a weak staying contest in the future. Morning Calm wasn't totally disgraced at Goodwood though is tried tonight in a first time visor. The presence of Michael Hills aboard Ja One is certainly interesting. Drop The Hammer attempts to graduate out of plating company having finished third in a recent contest at Beverley. Sergeant Pink looks best of the rest. Bollin Judith appears the percentage call.
