Verdict

The progressive Just Lille is nominated to land this contest, with Home Sweet Home and News of the Day filling the places. News of the Day, formerly with Mark Johnston and now with Peter Monteith has won twice this year and recently chased home Copernican, who has gone on to completye a hat-trick. However, that form is well below the level of his rivals and he is taken on. Unraced as a two-year-old, Luca Cumani's Home Sweet Home won twice as a three-year-old, but is yet to register a success this season. She should come on for her seasonal re-appearance, but although well treated here, she may go off at false odds and is taken on. Just Lille, in contrast is progressive, and has won her last three starts, two of them on successive days. She needs to improve further to take this, and although her best form has come on a faster surface, Just Lille is taken to complete a four timer.
