The consistent Paparaazi can race off the same mark as in his last three starts and may be worth one more chance in what looks a lesser race with the main dangers looking to be Wind Star and Middlemarch. The last mentioned has shown improved form of late and has to be respected but may not want any further rain so he is probably best watched. Ulysees is another that would want a faster surface to show his best form, while Barbirolli has proven to be hard to win with. Stablemate Royal Indulgence is unproven with cut in the ground and of more interest may be Alan Swinbank's Wind Star, who has yet to encounter ground with cut in it from his seven previous starts but is bred to handle such conditions. Paparaazi has done little wrong in defeat of late though and looks to have been found a suitable opportunity to resume winning ways.
