Verdict

EUTROPIUS continued on his upward curve when winning his handicap debut at Pontefract during the week. A 6lb penalty looks unlikely to prevent him from landing a hat-trick in this company. Uncle Brit ended last season in fine form though he's up another 5lb for finishing second at Carlisle in September while the same month saw Silly Gilly win an amateurs race at Beverley and she'll find this tougher. Pravda Street won a couple of claimers last season but, like the remainder of the field, arrives for this badly out of form.
