Verdict

It's difficult to see past top weight JAMAICAN BOLT in this. The lightly-raced four-year-old finished a creditable third over C&D on his recent return from a lengthy absence and has lots of scope for improvement on only his second start for Geoff Oldroyd. Distant Sun went close in a seller over track and trip last week and won this off a much higher mark in 2010. He's preferred to Another Citizen who scored in plating company at Ripon last time but C&D winner Tongalooma could figure if fully tuned-up on her belated return to action.
