In depth

Verdict

It's hard to be confident about any of these with the likes of Pastoral Prey and Lady Calantha thoroughly exposed. The latter pair are still weighted to beat Mr Khan and Myjestic Melody but SHADY MCCOY has more scope. David Barron's charge should have done better at Redcar last time but a debut eighth at Newbury reads well in this company and he gets the speculative vote. True That and Royal Duchess are other lightly-raced sorts open to improvement.
