In depth

Verdict

QUADRILLON fell on his chasing debut before landing a novice chase over the C&D on testing ground. He found three miles and Grade 1 company too much for him at Leopardstown and this is more his class. Tharawaat looked a thorough stayer when beating Paradis De Thaix at Down Royal and may do better when sent over further. The Hurl has failed to complete in two of his three starts over fences, landing the other by 10 lengths. He's obviously useful when getting his act together but he's another who would be suited by a stiffer test of stamina. Kakagh looked promising when scoring over two miles at Naas but was never travelling when taking on Grade 2 company over today's trip at Limerick subsequently.
