Verdict

Many of Aidan O'Brien's runners have needed their first starts and that certainly applies to Falkirk, a son of Montjeu out of a Group 2 winner. He'll have benefited from the experience gained at Tipperary and should be in the shake-up. GOOD TRADITION has a fine pedigree and certainly wasn't punished on his debut at Navan in October. That kindness should be repaid this season starting here. Sundara is by Galileo and another to have benefited from an opening run, a remark that also applies to Streetcar To Stars, who cost 250,000gns and is a half-brother to the very useful Midas Touch.
