In depth

Verdict

Megan Carberry steered Daisy Mountain to her first success on her 19th start at Tipperary where she brought her mount with a late run over that 7f trip. A 6lb rise is manageable but the extra quarter-mile is a concern. Morethanafeeling was in good form earlier in the summer but may be a few pounds high and Redinessence ran a shocker at Naas on his debut for new connections though much better is anticipated this time. Lady Lyrath rarely runs a bad race and it's about time she was winning. She's on a lowly mark and must be a threat though XSQUARED has to be the selection after his demolition job at Dundalk on Sunday and a 5lb penalty is more than offset by the claim of his young rider.
