Verdict

BOLD THADY QUILL and Potomac have met twice in the past few weeks and the score stands at 1-1. The former had his rival back in fourth at the Curragh on Friday and can come out on top again despite a 5lb penalty. He can complete a quick double but Headford Lady is running well enough to be a threat as she's dropped to a very tasty looking mark. Park Ranger ran very well over this track and trip in early May but has been beaten twice over timber subsequently, the first time when falling when long odds-on. Pivot Bridge has struggled at the weights since scoring in very testing conditions at Leopardstown.
