Alaia is a half-sister to numerous winners including a couple of Listed performers and stablemate Edallora is bred to be a top-class performer over middle-distances. Jim Bolger's Viennese Whirl, by Montjeu out of a 1m4f Group winner, will be one to watch when she tackles further and could even have the pace for this while Dermot Weld's pair Beautifull Darkness and Crazy Days are others to note. Ballydoyle's CATCHAFALLINGSTAR is another daughter of Montjeu out of the very useful miler Half Glance and looks the one to be on in a race that should produce plenty of pointers for the future.
