Verdict

Ryan Moore can complete a treble here on GRUMETI. Alan King's charge followed his close third in the Triumph Hurdle by scoring at Aintree and continued his progress by beating Local Hero on the Flat at Ascot a fortnight ago. He looks well capable of landing this from a mark of 89 before going on to better things on the level. Ithoughtitwasover beat Local Hero narrowly at Newmarket before landing a Listed handicap at Hamilton. He's up another 7lb for this and faces a stiff task against the selection. Cosimo De Medici is a stayer who will probably find this too short and though Life And Soul has dropped to a winnable mark, he ran so poorly at Epsom last month that he's best watched for now. Romeo Montague ran his best race to date at York last week and a repeat would see him in the frame.
