      In depth

      Formwatch

Bid For Fame (USA) Useful at this level if at best but has been below par of late.

Palua Fairly treated but lightly-raced this term and well beaten latest although may not have handled ground; best watched.

So Precious (IRE) Out of form.

Wait For The Will (USA) Excellent chance on last year's winning form but has been below best of late and may struggle once again.

Duello Winning hurdler who goes well in this type of event and has won three times this term; top amateur jockey a boost but disappointed latest.

Titian Angel (IRE) Flopped on heavy ground latest but worth another chance to confirm earlier solid placed efforts; not out of it.

Rousing Thunder Latest form has been discouraging.

Tachometer (IRE) Has had problems and will struggle after long absence.

Pipssalio (SPA) Has been struggling of late and needs softer ground conditions to show his best.

Dr Cool Consistent type who has won twice this term including over this trip at Epsom latest (now 5lb higher); should go well once again although yet to win off mark as high as this.

Redouble Would have claims on summer form when placed in similar events but well behind latest and has something to prove.

Prince Among Men Dual winner over hurdles and has each way chance on latest placed effort over timber but has become disappointing on the level.

Desert Valentine Closely weighted with Duello on Warwick form in July but below best latest; others preferred.

Classic Conkers (IRE) Impressive winner in similar event for today's jockey at Doncaster in July; has held form well of late and has ideal conditions here; strong claims.

Hoh No Has been running into some form of late but still likely to find at least one too good.

General Unexposed maiden but likely to find it hard to make an impact off current mark.
