Verdict

LECEILE, who made a winning re-appearance, can see off Hip Hip Hooray and Just Like Silk in a tricky handicap. The last named is improving judged on a fine effort in defeat last time, where he stayed on well over this course and distance to be a close second. From a yard who had a winner at Folkestone on Monday, he is respected. Hip Hip Hooray took a Windsor handicap last year, and although winless since, ran well behind a classy type at Sandown three weeks ago. This filly is in good heart and looks sure to be thereabouts. Leceile showed distinct promise in a couple of starts last season and won on her seasonal re-appearance at Newcastle, going clear before clinging on. She should improve for that outing, and Leceile can make a winning handicap debut.
