Verdict

Both Whaileyy and Yair Hill have headgear applied for the first time here and are not certain to improve dropping back in distance, but Apollo D'Negro is best over this trip and could figure. Chevise was unable to continue his winning sequence on the Polytack when well beaten over C&D a week ago, but Admirable Spirit has solid claims dropped in class. ST AUGUSTINE is the least exposed in the field having had just the four outings, but John Best's Kempton winner went close at Haydock on his reappearance and he gets the vote to go one better with further progress on the cards.
