A wide open contest gets proceedings underway and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Firenze, Border Music and Gloved Hand and the vote is given to Firenze. The selection was a fair third behind Greenslades last time out. He is sure to strip fitter here and off what looks a fair mark and under conditions that suit he is taken to score. Boarder Music rates the main danger on his latest second behind Royal Challenge. He remains at the right end of the handicap and with his yard in form he will not be far away.Gloved Hand was behind the selection last time and on the same terms here there is no reason why he should gain his revenge. Angel Sprints loves this track and could go well at a ,price but he has been done no favours by the draw. Of the remainder Mine Behind has conditions to suit and could go well at a price but he looks weighted up to his bet and with this in mind for the winner we return to Firenze.
