In depth

Verdict

In this maiden, we will select Spinning Lucy ahead of Aaim To Storm and Maximus Aurelius. There are many unraced horses in the line-up for this five-furlong maiden, including the 205,000 euros purchase Aaim To Storm, the 52,000 pounds two-year-old Advertisement, the 30,000 guineas son of Danetime, Diamond Soles, the 68,000 guineas son of Night Shift, Maximus Aurelius, while Spinning Lucy showed fair form when third at Newmarket on her racecourse debut, and Outside Edge also showed racecouse-debut promise. In a race that is not easy to fully assess, we will stick with racecourse experience and nominate Spinning Lucy as the selection.
