Verdict
Recent renewals suggest a low number is a major plus which makes the task of Newmarket third Heading North, the progressive Annie's Fortune and the well-regarded Living The Life much more difficult. Well-connected newcomers Ghanaian and Rashfa are also drawn high so this could rest between Botanica and SUPERNOVA HEIGHTS. The former has finished strongly on both starts to date over shorter and this trip should prove ideal. She looks certain to be in the firing-line but Brian Meehan's filly earns the selection as she showed excellent pace before fading close home on her debut at Newmarket and, like most from her stable, will have derived considerable benefit from her opening run. Golden Causeway is drawn right in the middle and with Charles Hills' horses going so well she's definitely one to keep an eye on.
