In depth

Verdict

With his stable in outstanding form, Military Bowl, a Listed winner in France on heavy ground and the winner of a maiden hurdle on fast going at Bellewstown last month, looks sure to attract attention. Justification has been a bit disappointing since scoring over this trip on soft ground at Leopardtown but conditions are back in his favour and it will be a surprise if he's not concerned in the finish. Dermot Weld couldn't have ordered better ground for UNACCOMPANIED, who loves testing going and has proved herself a classy performer on the Flat and over hurdles. A recent run on going much too fast at Leopardstown will have put her straight and the Grade 1 winning hurdler can make her first appearance at the Festival a winning one.
