In depth

Verdict

Gunner Rose was third over 3m at Chepstow earlier this month but she didn't appear to last home when tried over C&D in May. Oncle Kid has had plenty of chances but there are possibilities about veteran DERAWAR, who will have needed his run at Ffos Las earlier this month and has plenty of stamina. Lucy Jones claims 7lb and that may just tip the balance his way though Ukrainian Star also deserves another chance despite failing to justify favouritism on his reappearance at Towcester. Delgany Gunner won over 2m6f here in March but the handicapper took him to task after that and he's best watched here on his first start since the spring.
