Verdict

Second in a maiden point-to-point in May, HOLD COURT is started off at a lowly level under Rules and can get off the mark at the first time of asking. It Wasn't Us is a likely danger as he only weakened inside the final furlong over 2m at Lingfield so should appreciate the drop in distance, though Going Twice has every chance of finishing ahead of the latter on the formbook. Luke Dace's filly Where's Josie could prove the best of the three newcomers.
