Verdict

Caunay improved in the spring and could go well here if fully tuned following a break, but Bon Spiel beat only one home when favourite for a seller at Worcester earlier this month and has become disappointing. Man Of Leisure has been placed in five of his 10 starts, while Coolagad Wonder won over C&D on fast ground in August and was second at Exeter on his latest outing. BEFORE BRUCE got outpaced by Highland River at Towcester two weeks ago but the winner hasn't been disgraced since and Brendan Powell's four-year-old may be good enough here.
