Verdict

It's more than four years since Overclear was last in the winner's circle but Victor Dartnall's runners here are usually worth a second look and the top weight has the past form to figure. Boss In Boots has a recent fast-ground win at Newton Abbot to his name while Regal One came good at Towcester last month, though is still error-prone. Mcvicar should have more to offer but Strongly Suggested hasn't taken to fences so far and Irish raider Father Jack looks harshly treated. THEATRELANDS was never really travelling at Huntingdon last month and finished tailed off. But he'd won on his chasing debut at Leicester and sports blinkers here in an attempt to reproduce that form - we'll give him another chance.
