Verdict

North Walk appreciated the drop into selling-company when successful at Ludlow last month and he has to be respected in the same grade again but LEVITSKI has plenty in hand on official BHA ratings and, with Jonjo O'Neill's team continuing in good form, he is taken to resume winning ways and gets the vote ahead of Or Apple's. David Pipe's gelding runs in this grade for the first time and has claims on the form shown two years ago but he has been well held in his last two starts so looks best watched. Alison Thorpe's Gold Gun has found just the one too good in each of his last two starts, both in similar contests to this, and he should be thereabouts again. Gary Moore's Alrafid, a course and distance winner in April, disappointed at Hereford subsequently but may do better back here. Capo Di Capi is capable but ran below par in a seller last time and preference is for Levitski. Admittedly Jonjo O'Neill's gelding has not been in good form of late but he takes a big drop in class this afternoon and can resume winning ways on his debut in a seller.
