Verdict

Ballyvoneen was winning for the fifth time at the track when getting the better of Princely Hero by nine lengths over course and distance last month. The runner-up is 7lb better off but that may not be enough to turn the tables. Last year's winner Top Benefit is 13lb lower but has struggled since while Alteranthela looks held by Ballyvoneen on their run together here in March. Richard Johnson looks a good jockey booking for thorough stayer DOUBLE CHOCOLATE, who is thrown in on his best form. It's a while since he won but he'll have no excuses today. Head Spin has shown promise but is still a maiden and might just need this run.
