Verdict

Evan Williams saddles almost half of this seven-strong field but there are reasons to oppose all three of his runners. Buailteoir is unreliable, while Cold Harbour is upped in grade and Sordid Secret's best form is on quicker ground. Despite Richard Johnson partnering Winterwood, Moorlands Teri may be the pick of Tim Vaughan's pair with Tom David taking 5lb off the mare's back. Arturo Uno has his sights lowered but can hardly be described as progressive which leaves us with REBLIS. Gary Moore's gelding is having his 10th start over fences so is more exposed than some but he's hardly run a bad race and a first-time visor allied with some long-awaited leniency by the handicapper could finally see him get his head in front today.
