Verdict

The Paparrazi Kid disappointed on his handicap debut at Naas though he would have been much closer but for a mistake two out. His stablemate Balnaslow has run in strong company since his maiden success at Punchestown but faces a very stiff task but Backinthere is running very well and a 6lb rise for her Clonmel victory is unlikely to prevent another big run. AP McCoy's presence on the lightly raced Call Rog is a bonus but in a wide-open handicap the vote is handed to CIVENA, who has been running well all season and was staying on stoutly over 2m3f at Naas last time.
